Phase Eight already had a recognisable brand, but they weren’t making best use out of where their dream candidates spent most of their time – on Facebook. In just the 18-30 age bracket there are 15.8 million active users in the UK alone: Phase Eight’s prime recruitment market in one easy reach.

Firstly, we understood that the primary objectives of the site should be about showcasing jobs, driving applications and capturing user data. To achieve this we set out clear calls to action, achieving these goals from the users whilst keeping it simple and user-friendly.
Our Content Management System (CMS) means Phase Eight can manually edit the site and update job opportunities, any content, artwork, key messages and promotions. They can also withdraw vital user information, enabling maximised engagement across the fanbase.
As Facebook training partners to all, we also provided Phase Eight with a strategy for on-the-wall engagement, showing them how to properly engage with their fans, next recruits and customers, and helping them build an active Facebook community.
Phase Eight are so happy with the outcome, they will be using Facebook as an integral part of their strategy for recruitment and engagement. As a social career sites, it will help them learn from their past, potential and current staff what attracts them to the Phase Eight brand as an employer.
They now want to explore more social outcomes for the rest of their brand, and, as always, the Natives will be waiting eagerly to see how we can help!
